The pipe organ sales and installation business was started by the Rivé family before the turn of the century. Company records show some service contracts dating back as far as 1906.
The company has operated without
interruption since then and has specialized in pipe organ sales, repair, tuning
and maintenance. Billy Rive, Beau Gelpi, Drew
McCarthy and the staff are kept busy making consoles, windchests
and assembling completed organs on the premises.

Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Slidell, LA
In order to satisfy the need of the organist for a more versatile instrument we added a new principal chorus 8'-4' and Mixture III. Chest and console by Drew McCarthy, Rive woodworking department, solid state switching by Peterson. Tonal finishing was by D. Keith Morgan, formely with Aeolian Skinner.
In mid 1999 a Trompette en Chamade was added to the organ at Our Lady of Prompt Succor, Chalmette, Louisiana.
Trinity Episcopal Church Natchez, Mississippi
Recently installed Trompette-en-Chamade
Solid state switching and a Mixture was added to the organ at the time the Trompette shown above was installed.
Saint
In our shop in New Orleans Mary is the new
three rank mixture added along with a new Octave 4'
and Pedal Bombarde at 16'-8'-4' pitches. New solid
state switching and combination action was installed in order to upgrade the
organ.
